SHIPPING

Prints and original art are shipped using registered post with An Post. Prints are €14 and original art will start at €15. We ship worldwide.

All items are packed very carefully in custom made cardboard boxes with layers of bubble wrap. The prints and canvas’s are rolled and shipped in extra strong 3mm wall cardboard tubes. 

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days.  Once the original art or print has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details, All art shipments require a signature on delivery.

Customer Notice for sales to the UK and/or other countries outside of the EU

Any extra taxes and duties charged by the international customs department in your country, will fall on the responsibility of the customer to pay. Refunds are not accepted if you refuse to pay this fee.

Delays can be expected while customs hold your parcel. If relevant, please consult your governments website for information on import taxes.

RETURNS

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prints or originals and no exchanges on apparel. Each print is a custom order for you from our printers as per your online order.
We do not accept returns on gift cards in exchange for monetary value. Please keep in mind when purchasing your gift card it will not secure or give you priority in purchasing an original painting as these sell quick.

APPAREL RETURNS

We can only accept apparel returns if the item has been returned in its original state with swing tags which will be inspected by a member of our team. We will notify you if a return will be granted or denied based on its condition. We accept apparel returns within 14 days of purchase. Please be aware we do not offer exchanges on any items. Should you wish to return for a different size we suggest returning your item (returns policy applies) and then purchase the desired order from our shop. As our apparel collections are limited edition runs we cannot guarantee that we will have your desired item in stock should you wish to return. Delivery costs are not included in your return. All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We can not refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or lost in transit.

DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS

Please inspect your print, original or apparel once you have received it and contact us straight away if your item has been damaged in transit so that we can look into the situation.
